Returns & Cancellations Policy – Avalanche

At Avalanche, we provide custom digital graphic design services. Due to the nature of our work, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Nature of Services

All products offered by Avalanche are digital and custom-made.
Because designs are created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

* Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if no work has started.
* Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

After Work Has Started

* If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.
* The amount refunded will reflect time, effort, and resources already used.

After Final Delivery

* Once final files have been delivered, the order is considered complete and non-cancellable.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

* The project has not yet started
* Avalanche is unable to deliver the service
* There is a duplicate or accidental payment

Refunds will not be issued if:

* You change your mind after work has started
* You are dissatisfied but the work aligns with your original brief
* You fail to provide required information, causing delays
* The project has already been completed and delivered

4. Revisions Instead of Returns

Since design is subjective, Avalanche offers revisions instead of returns:

* Each package includes a set number of revisions
* Clients are encouraged to use revisions to refine their design
* Additional revisions may be purchased if needed

5. Non-Response / Project Abandonment

* If a client becomes unresponsive for 7–14 days, the project may be placed on hold
* After extended inactivity, the project may be marked as completed without refund

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

* Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is discouraged
* We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly
* Fraudulent disputes may result in service suspension

7. Processing of Refunds

* Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
